You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete profile parameters during onboarding. AuraBudget cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your local state backups.
2. Permitted and Prohibited Conduct
AuraBudget is designed to help users track personal, household, and business budgets. You agree not to use the services to:
- Upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful virus, malware, or malicious script code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or client-side assets.
- Impersonate any other individual or business entity during onboarding or collaboration invitations.
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international banking and financial laws.
3. Financial Disclaimers
AuraBudget is a software tool for informational and budget-planning purposes only.
We do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. The calculators, snowballs, avalanche timelines, and charts provided on the platform are math projections and should not replace advice from certified public accountants (CPAs) or fiduciary financial planners. Action taken based on our computations is done at your own discretion and risk.
